Installing indogg on Android

Our indogg app is available through direct download from our platform — not via Google Play Store. Visit indogg.bet on your Android phone's browser, tap the menu, and select "Android App" or "Download APK". The file downloads to your device's default folder (usually Downloads).

Once downloaded, open your file manager, navigate to Downloads, and tap the indogg APK file. Android will prompt you to allow installation from unknown sources if you have not done so before. Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources, toggle it on, then return to the file and tap Install. The app installs in seconds.

Logging in and account sync

Launch the indogg app and enter your username and password. If you do not have an account yet, tap "Register" and follow the sign-up flow — you will need a valid email, phone number, and one of our supported payment methods to verify your identity.

Once logged in, your account is live across all devices. If you deposit via the app using DANA, that balance appears instantly on the browser version. Withdrawals initiated on the app go to the same payment method you linked during account setup. We do not require you to re-verify every time you switch devices — your session persists as long as you remain logged in.

Navigating sportsbook and casino sections

The indogg app home screen displays tabs for different game categories. Tap "Sports" to see Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, and other football markets. Tap "Live Casino" for blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger tables. Tap "Slots" for Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, and other titles.

Each section shows upcoming fixtures or available games. For football, we display the match date, teams, and current odds. Tap a fixture to open the betting slip, enter your stake, and confirm. For live casino, tap a table to join the stream and place bets in real time. Slots open instantly — select your bet size and spin.

Withdrawals and account verification

To withdraw funds, tap your account menu, select "Withdraw", and enter the amount. We process withdrawals to the same payment method you used to deposit — if you funded via online payment, your withdrawal goes back to e-wallet; if via bank transfer, we send it to your registered bank account.

On your first withdrawal, we may ask for additional verification: a photo of your ID, a selfie, and proof of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your mobile banking or bank app showing your name and account). This is a one-time step to comply with anti-fraud standards. Once verified, future withdrawals process without re-verification.

Withdrawal times vary by method. local payment and online payment typically complete within minutes. Bank transfers may take one to two business hours depending on your bank. We do not hold withdrawals longer than necessary — if your withdrawal is under review, we notify you via email or in-app message with the reason.

Troubleshooting and support

If the app crashes on launch, try clearing the app cache: go to Settings → Apps → indogg → Storage → Clear Cache. If that does not work, uninstall and reinstall the app.

If you forget your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your email or phone, and we send a reset link. If you cannot access your email, contact our support team via the in-app chat or email — we can verify your identity and help you regain access.

If a deposit does not appear after subject to verification, check your payment method's transaction history to confirm the payment went through. If it did, contact support with your transaction ID — we can manually credit your account. If the payment failed, try again with a different method or contact your bank.
